Rhonda has been practicing family law since 2000, and her extensive experience includes handling cases involving:
- Dissolutions that include spousal and child support, custody and visitation, and extensive property holdings and retirement accounts

- Hearing and trial experience

She is frequently required to fully represent a client on a moment’s notice.
For four years, she worked for the Irvine Ranch Water District and handled all contracts that the district entered into. She was responsible for all contracts and projects for IRWD. She was involved in every action that took place involving all contracts from proposal to execution. These contracts were anything from construction, to building maintenance, to landscaping. She attended all meetings, prepared all contracts, verified insurance requirements of all vendors, and ensured that all obligations of the contract were fulfilled.
While in law school at Western State University, College of Law, Rhonda completed all taxation classes offered, and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Estate Taxation. She also made the honor roll.
Before law school, Rhonda earned a B.S. Degree in Biology. She also conducted medical research at Beckman Laser Institute, that earned her a published paper entitled, “Ablation of Bone and Methyl-Methacrylate Utilizing an Erbium:YAG Laser.”
